Why Airsoft for Team Building?

Traditional team building — trust falls, conference workshops and bowling — rarely creates the kind of shared experience that truly bonds a team. Airsoft is different. It places participants in real scenarios where communication, strategy and trust are not abstract values but immediate necessities. When your team must work together to complete a mission under pressure, genuine bonds form.

Tartu Airsoft organises corporate airsoft events at well-equipped venues in Tallinn (Harku) and Loksa (Suurpea). Both locations offer varied outdoor terrain — forests, clearings and natural obstacles — that make each mission feel authentic and memorable.

What to Expect

A typical corporate airsoft day begins with a safety briefing for the entire group. Our experienced marshals explain the rules of the sport, how to handle the equipment safely and the structure of the planned game scenarios. No prior airsoft experience is required — the sport is designed to be accessible to beginners while still offering depth for experienced players.

Participants are divided into teams, and a series of mission-based scenarios unfolds over the session. Common formats include:

  • Capture the flag — team strategy and coordination
  • VIP protection — designated roles and communication
  • Elimination rounds — tactical awareness under pressure
  • Objective-based missions — planning, execution and adaptability

Between games, teams debrief and analyse what worked and what did not. This reflection is a natural part of the learning process and mirrors the kind of post-project reviews that teams do in a professional context — but with a much higher energy level.

Everything Included

We take care of all the logistics so your team can focus on the experience. Corporate event packages include:

  • Safety-certified airsoft replicas for all participants
  • Full protective gear: masks, goggles and gloves
  • Biodegradable BBs
  • Dedicated marshal for the duration of the event
  • Game scenarios tailored to the group's size and composition
  • Safety briefing and rule orientation

We work with groups from 8 to well over 50 participants. For larger groups, we can split into multiple teams and run parallel scenarios, keeping everyone engaged throughout the day.

Locations

Our primary venues are in Tallinn (Harku) and Loksa (Suurpea). The Harku location is easily accessible from Tallinn city centre and features diverse forest terrain ideal for tactical scenarios. The Suurpea area near Loksa offers dramatic coastal forest scenery with unique terrain elements.

By prior arrangement, events can also be organised at other locations across Estonia — including Suure-Jaani, Naissaare, Haapsalu, Viljandi or even at a client-suggested venue that meets our safety requirements.

No Experience Needed

One of the biggest advantages of airsoft as a corporate activity is that experience levels are completely irrelevant. Whether your team consists of seasoned athletes or people who have never held a replica before, the scenarios are balanced and the marshals ensure fair play throughout. Airsoft rewards tactical thinking and communication far more than physical ability, making it genuinely inclusive.

The sport is honour-based: every player calls their own hits. This culture of honesty and sportsmanship carries over naturally into the team dynamics after the event — a valuable side effect of an already excellent day.
