What Is a Private Airsoft Event?

A private airsoft event is a fully closed booking where the entire venue is reserved exclusively for your group. Unlike public events where strangers also participate, a private event means your group plays among yourselves — with custom scenarios, your own pace and the freedom to structure the day around your preferences.

Private events are ideal for families celebrating special occasions, groups of friends looking for a unique shared adventure, youth groups and clubs, or any gathering where privacy and a personalised experience matter. Tartu Airsoft organises private events at venues in Tallinn (Harku) and Loksa (Suurpea).

What Is Included?

All equipment is provided as part of the private event package. Participants do not need to bring or own any gear:

• Safety-checked airsoft replicas (joule-limited for safety)
• Full protective gear for every participant
• Biodegradable BBs
• Dedicated marshal and game master for your event
• Custom game scenarios based on your group's preferences
• Safety briefing and orientation

The minimum group size for a private booking is typically 8 participants. There is no upper limit — we accommodate groups of all sizes and can adjust the game plan accordingly.

Tailored to Your Group

Because it is a private event, the game scenarios and difficulty level can be fully customised. If your group consists of complete beginners, the marshals will design accessible and fun scenarios that require no prior knowledge. If some participants have airsoft experience, we can introduce more complex objectives and tactical elements that challenge experienced players.

We can also accommodate mixed groups — a combination of adults and younger participants (13+ or younger with parental consent) — by adjusting team composition and game intensity to create a balanced experience for everyone.

Locations and Flexibility

Our primary venues are in Tallinn (Harku) and Loksa (Suurpea). Both locations offer excellent outdoor terrain with natural cover, varied landscape and everything needed for a dynamic airsoft session. The Harku area is close to central Tallinn, making logistics straightforward. Suurpea near Loksa is a more remote setting ideal for groups looking for a true wilderness adventure.

By prior arrangement, private events can also be organised at other Estonian locations — Suure-Jaani, Naissaare, Haapsalu, Viljandi or a client-proposed venue that meets our safety standards.
